These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cyber Productions Discord bot and related services (the “Service”), operated by Cyber Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using or subscribing to the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use Discord).
- You must have a valid Discord account in good standing and be able to form a binding contract.
2) Description of Service
The Service provides market, stock, and cryptocurrency updates and tools via Discord. Certain features are available only to paid subscribers.
3) Subscriptions & Payment
- Premium access is billed at $20/month via a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime via the customer portal.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- If payment fails or a subscription is canceled, premium access may be revoked immediately.
- We may change fees with at least 30 days’ prior notice.
4) License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and Discord’s policies. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or harassing activity.
- Reverse-engineer, reproduce, or redistribute the Service or premium content.
- Share premium outputs with non-subscribers or resell access to the Service.
- Misuse rate limits, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with Service operation.
5) Market Information Disclaimer
The Service provides information for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and use the Service at your own risk.
6) Availability & Modifications
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
7) Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it’s used.
8) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if you violate these Terms, if we suspect abuse, or if payment fails. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
9) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyber Productions, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service during the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
11) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
